BUSINESS DAYS – A GREAT GET TOGETHER IN AMSTERDAM!
Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming over 60 attendees from our member companies and associations to the FEC Business Days in charming Amsterdam.
The event featured insightful presentations, engaging discussions, and valuable networking opportunities with colleagues, friends, and new members of the FEC community. Highlights included a scenic canal cruise through Amsterdam’s waterways and a lovely dinner in the heart of the city.
Our welcome drink on Wednesday evening was featured by a speech from Madame Catherine Feuillet of the Consulat Général de France à Amsterdam, who highlighted insights on the impact of politics on the global economy. Following our kick-off dinner, representatives from FIAC, IVSH, and SYNETAM shared key updates from our national member associations. Special thanks to Clemente Bugatti, Jan-Frederik Kremer and Guilhem Pinault for their contributions!
Thursday´s agenda was packed with crucial topics for our industry, including the Economic Impact on the EU after the US Elections, Navigating EU Regulations, Future of the Steel Industry, Consumer Trends and many more! As part of a Breakout Session our FEC’s Food Contact and Sustainable Development Expert Teams presented key topics such as PFAS, CBAM, CSRD, Recycling, and Green Claims.
